Predatory behaviors, such as crowding, coming to the party just to pick up, aggressive and insistent approaches will not be tolerated. Respect those who came to dance and have fun in peace.

Drugs and alcohol abuse impair our ability to recognize our own limits and those of others. Drugs will not be tolerated within the party. A sex positive party puts you and the people around you in a vulnerable condition, it is necessary for your safety and that of the community that you are conscious and responsible. If you are visibly drunk you will not enter the party. Drunkenness and harassing alterations are not accepted, you will be escorted out of the club.

The Angels are trained to help you during the evening and are ready to receive your reports. Reporting even the smallest problem immediately can prevent other more serious ones, it is an act of care towards you and towards the community. The sooner you communicate the problem, the sooner we can solve it. The Angels' decisions on any reports or expulsions are not negotiable.

Before you attend SODA, set your intentions and limits for the evening. Be aware of your limits, do not feel obligated to push them if you want to, but be responsible. Always communicate clearly to others what you are not happy with. Make sure you are in a positive mindset and do not carry bad energy with you. If you feel lonely, confused or uncomfortable, talk to an Angel. Angels are very visible and ready to provide support, address issues and answer any questions you may have.

SODA wants to be an experience of personal and collective enrichment. Our goal is to create a collaborative climate where the community and the Angels work together for everyone's safety. Your mission is to collaborate in the creation of a space where the community feels safe and everyone has the responsibility to report behaviors that do not comply with our rules and take care of those around them. Those who are reported must take responsibility and accept the consequences.

You are never allowed to intrude and interrupt relationships unless explicitly invited. Understand people and their spaces, leave them alone or ask politely for permission, any other intrusion will not be tolerated.

Do not touch anyone, including staff and performers, without explicit consent.

Photos and videos are not allowed during the evening and all cell phone cameras will be blacked out. There will be an easily recognizable official photographer and videographer who will take care not to depict any recognizable face or sign, no one will be recognized in the official recordings. Any image that reveals identity will be censored.

Dress code is an essential part of SODA and is intended to confuse the egos of all the partygoers. Nudity is accepted. If you are seen in casual attire during the party, we ask you to change or leave the party.

If watching is legitimate, masturbating will not be tolerated. We will treat solo masturbation as a non-consensual sexual act.

Leave the space around you better than you found it and use all the equipment provided by the club.

Any other intrusion will not be tolerated.
